Common items in terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

In case of Withdrawal and canceled services due to Natural disasters or Government orders(This do not include travel visa denial), you will get a full refund of your training conference registration fee. For onsite training participants, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellation before 30 days to the event.  For cancellation within 30 days to the event, there will be no refund.

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation  Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.

GSHL will be liable for information errors or website downtime sequel to a training Conference.

Our copyright rules, covers for  attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use of our training contents or the ones stated on our website. 

Our rules forbid unlawful user behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, racism, spam, etc. This can lead to such user account  being disabled.
